Maître Stéphane SERRATRICE

Notary partner

After about 15 years with one of the most renowned firms in the region, Stéphane Serratrice joined our Office in 2006. Backed by 30 years of experience, he advises French, and more particularly, foreign investors, private or professional, developers, investment funds and credit institutions, for all types of operations in high-end real estate. His exceptional availability, his rigour and perfect mastery of English, have enabled him to develop and assist an international clientele with the help of a multilingual team, speaking Russian, for example. Stéphane Serratrice has in-depth knowledge of the luxury market and its players. He has notably had opportunities to participate in prestigious operations.

Rémy DIJAN

Notary partner

A charismatic figure in the Town of Antibes, Rémy Djian started out in our Office in 1994, becoming a partner in 2005. He is our oldest partner. Well-known for his empathy and attentive ear, Rémy DJIAN has a real passion for family law and human relationships. While assisting his clients in all kinds of real estate procedures, he participates on a daily basis in the organization, transmission and optimization of their assets, at each stage of their lives : marriage and civil union contracts, adoption, donation, divorce, wills, inheritance. Rémy Djian is mainly a consultant for families in Antibes, though he also assists clients all over France, as well as English-speaking clients, thanks to his mastery of the English language.

Philippe FALGON

Notary partner

Maître Philippe Falgon grew up in Antibes. A notary - partner from 2010 to 2019 in a firm in the region around Cannes, he then joined our teams to take over from his father, Maître Emile-Marc Falgon, who joined the firm in 1983. He is recognized for his mastery in fields related to complex real estate, property development, and institutional investment. Over the years, he has also developed the role of consultant for public and territorial entities. His high technical expertise, unconditional availability, and his attachment to our Office make him a precious asset for our clients.

Mathieu BODINO

Notary partner

Born in Nice, Matthieu Bodino started out as a collaborator with the Office, becoming a salaried notary in 2020, and a partner in 2023. His evolution bears witness to our desire for generational renewal. Very attentive and responsive, Matthieu Bodino works in all kinds of notarial fields, but mainly in real estate law. More specifically, he places his experience and availability at the service of clients, both private and professional, wanting to buy, sell, organize or manage their assets.
